Jerry A. Allegro (SRA) is the owner of Jerry A. Allegro and Associates, an independent fee appraisal company, located in Dallas, Texas.
This company was established in March of 1989. Since inception it has been actively engaged in residential property valuations and consultation of single-family residences, condominiums, Planned Urban Developments, townhouses, duplexes, and fourplexes. The analysis and valuation of residential properties for mortgage loans, estates, foreclosure interim loans, land analysis, relocation, and open market estimates is the main focus for this enterprise.
Prior to founding this firm, Jerry A. Allegro was engaged as a senior manager/reviewer and appraiser for the firm of Porcher, Bond, Wilk, Allison from 1984 - 1989.
